I build enterprise
integrations, and the
agents that ship them.

I'm Jeff. I spent 5½ years at Transcend building across a privacy platform, then on the Integrations team behind its 1,500+ connector catalog. In 2026 I led that team's shift to agent-orchestrated development: 89% of my merged PRs were agent-authored, with the guardrails to make that safe in a regulated codebase.

Medicaid Agent

Researching North Carolina Medicaid policy with sources the reader can inspect, and checks on what the system is allowed to release.

Document retrieval · Verification · Workflow recovery

FiduciCalc

Charitable gift calculations for planned giving professionals. Work where a small numerical difference deserves an explanation.

A little background

Integrations, then agents.

At Transcend I built across a privacy platform — data-rights infrastructure, third-party integrations, product surfaces — and spent the last ten months on the Integrations team that owns its 1,500+ connectors: OAuth, rate limits, polling, bulk exports, retries, and the vendor-specific failure modes that break naive integrations. Earlier, I co-founded Going Virtual, spent seven years as CTO of its Planned Giving Design Center, and taught full-stack development for three years at UNC Charlotte's bootcamp.

I now run Queen City Cortex, building AI systems that can show where their answers came from and be tested when models or retrieval strategies change: a Neo4j-backed retrieval agent with primary-source citations and an evaluation harness enforced as a release gate, and FiduciCalc, a planned-giving calculation platform ported from a 1980s C library to Rust and served through a REST API and an MCP server.
